As one of the world’s largest conventional and organic oat millers, Grain Millers was struggling to tell their brand story in a B2B industry and historically hadn't invested in their brand. Their story was told through the facts of their operations and product offerings and failed to connect with audiences about who they really are and what they stood for, doing things right in order to produce consistently good food from the farm to the table.

Solution

Conduct market research to better understand their customer segments, what was important to them, and consumer behavior. After building their audience personas, we developed a brand foundation and messaging platform that connected with partners throughout the supply chain, focusing on the human element of growing, milling, and distributing food for the health-conscious consumer.
